Utility Reconnect Assistance
Funds are available October through May each year for those that have an imminent disconnect notice from a utility company. Income eligibility criteria must be met. Call 217-224-8171 or your local Two Rivers Regional Council office for more information. The office at 706 Maine Street in Quincy, IL is open for walk-ins.
