Housing Rehabilitation

The Community Development Department has programs that will pay for repairs and rehabilitation for the homes of those that meet income criteria. The purpose of these programs is to bring the housing stock up to health and safety standards in our communities. This may include repairs to the plumbing or electrical systems, roof, windows and doors, lead paint, and foundation. We also do home modification for those with disabilities that want to remain in their home.
