The Two Rivers Council Foundation was incorporated in November 1989 as a 501 (c)(3) to support programs that benefit the poor by identifying the needs, providing goods and services, and financial aid subject to the Internal Revenue Code (560) and to provide gifts, grants or loans to other organizations in their efforts to provide assistance to the poor or aid in the development, redevelopment or renewal of communities within the region.
