The Community Development Department administers a variety of grants that will make home repairs.  Homeowners that meet income eligibility guidelines and are in need of home repairs, accessibility modifications or rehabilitation to address health and safety concerns may be eligible for this program. TRRC applies annually for grants from USDA-Rural Development, Illinois Housing Development Authority and/or Department of Commerce and Economic Development CDAP grants for home rehabilitation.
